After this morning's post, below, I thought I'd try to get into the spirit of the season by going downtown and spreading a little Xmas cheer. I'm told that if convicted I'll be out in time for the big day.....in the year 2008.
However my attorney feels that we have a good chance of having the charges dropped, due to a total lack of evidence.
