Hi guys. Butt-whuppin' or no, it is just so damn good to be back. My absence was certainly not planned, and with a little 'splaining you'll see that it was all very innocent.

But first, I simply don't have the words to tell you of my feelings in reading the comments. I've long referred to us as a blog family, and what I found when I hooked up the modem just minutes ago stands testament to that. I may be alone physically, but I'm far from being alone thanks to you guys.

I finally got to talk with Boop this morning, and it warmed my heart to hear her confirm what we all know, that my little Babushka is okay. Jude, she really appreciated your call, and I thank you so much for doing it.

There are so many things I want to tell you, but for now I'll stick this up, and on my next post (soon) I'll walk you through the trip down. I've actually been set up here in Quartzsite since last Saturday.

Can't, and won't, single any one person out, so how about a big ol' group grope, er, hug?

I'm now going to try and sort out the wires, cords, etc before I strangle myself in here. Next up, satellite TV, my own water tank, and find me a beater to hunt down the chickareenos, or go to the store.
